1.5 hour private session for pregnant women from 6 weeks pregnancy.
Class description

During this session you will explore, discuss and learn simple daily practices to prepare for birth and motherhood.   This session will integrate practices to prepare, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually to give birth to a new life, not just your baby’s life but also your own new life as a mother.
