Yoga After Birth Sessions

Postnatal Yoga for Mum and Bub – 5 Week Program – one session per week.

The program is suitable for babies from 6 weeks old until pre-crawling stage.

To gain the most benefit, we recommend that you attend as many 5-week rounds as you can before your baby begins to crawl.

The class is informal and lively; there is no expectation for your baby to behave in a particular way.

The sessions also include baby yoga, postures and massage techniques for your baby that improve digestive function, relieve colic and soothe the baby’s nervous system, encouraging your baby to relax and sleep better.

Class Details

Private sessions only. You can attend on your own or with your baby. Please call Erlinda to talk about your needs as a new mother.
