A private  2 hours session for pregnant women, during the third trimester

Class description

If you have a busy schedule and cannot attend a weekly class, you can still explore and practice yoga techniques that will prepare you to manage labour and birth with confidence and ease.

During this session the following will be discussed:

 

Breathing to ease labour and birth.

Yoga poses that encourage the baby’s optimal position for birth

Yoga poses that are helpful in managing labour.

Birthing positions.

How to cultivate relaxation for you and your baby during pregnancy and birth.
